I think my Sugar Skull looks very pretty framed up like that. It’s available in the shop now and I am really happy to see it go from sketch to print. Happy Friday everyone!
I am just so grateful for my husband who got me a new iPad for Christmas. I also received an apple pencil which allowed me to create my first drawing on Procreate. I got lost in this drawing trying to figure things out but it was so much fun. My son requested this character a while ago (he picked this image out of a google search and asked me to recreate it) and now the finished product is hanging on his wall. I love to draw and paint, I haven’t been doing enough of either. My goal this year is to do more of both, especially draw daily.
Now I need to find something new to draw and learn some more!
Feel free to post any suggestions!
I’m thankful for every experience, success, failure, old/new friend, cheerleader, customer and event I have had this year. Thank you for following along with me...it means the world to me. Happy New Year!! xoxo
Big stack was shipped out this morning and now I am working on the next batch. I can’t promise delivery by Christmas but I am sending everything out as quickly as possible.
Thank you so much for keeping me this busy!
Thank you to everyone who came by the Handcrafted Holiday Artisan Market at the Newmarket Old Town Hall over the last two days. Both I and my sweet daughter, who helped all weekend, are very grateful for every conversation, laugh and purchase.
It was great a great weekend and we thank you so much for all your love and support!
My social media game may be sad but my studio being full of orders is wonderful!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
I have my feet up and a glass of wine in my hand. I had a wonderful day at the Etsy Made in Canada show by the York Region Makers group. It really was an amazing day and I am grateful for every single purchase, conversation and every single laugh at my tongue and cheek cards and prints. You all made my day. Enjoy my dorky laugh. Thank you!!!
Fall is my favourite season but these gloomy rainy days make me want to sit under a warm blanket, drink coffee, look out the window and just day dream. So instead I will make myself tackle my to-do list and keep day dreaming to a minimum.
On my list is to share this custom print that went out this weekend. It is now available in the shop...unless the call of the blanket is too much to resist!
Find your lover, whisper sweet nothings and squeeze them tight. If your lover is too far for that, send them a note and write those sweet nothings down instead!
I love beer, you love beer. I love you, you love me, I love...
Well, you get the idea. A little love and humour on this beautiful Friday.
This is the place where I share my creative projects, endeavors and the stories that inspire my prints.
