What you should know about Shipping....
All items are shipped from Ontario, Canada, via regular mail.
Ready to ship items ship within 1-2 business days of payment being received.
Custom prints ship 1-2 business days AFTER FINAL APPROVAL of proof has been received.
If you are ordering from outside of Canada, then you are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply.
We are also not responsible for any delays due to customs.
What you should know about Delivery Timelines....
Packages shipped within Canada normally arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Packages shipped to the United States normally arrive within 7-10 business days.
Packages shipped to the UK or Australia normally arrive within 15 business days.
What you should know about our products and packaging...
Frame and/or mats are not included.
Colours on your monitor may differ slightly from the actual printed product.
We take great care to ensure all items arrive safely, this includes having a protective sleeve and all prints will be shipped securely in a heavy duty flat mailer unless otherwise noted in the listing.
What you should know about Custom Orders...
The customer's approval of the proof is required on all custom orders. Print will not be produced without approval being received.
Due to the level of effort involved in custom prints, there are no refunds/exchanges on custom prints.
What you should know about Cancellations and Returns...
As long as your item hasn't shIpped, you cancel your order.
Custom orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order being placed.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any custom orders once the proof has been provided.
To return or exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. You the buyer, will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning an item and item must be received in original unopened packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Lastly, if there is an error on our part, just contact us and we will of course make it right!
