UPDATE: After my previous post, someone jokingly mentioned that I shouldn't travel with the t-shirt because I'll end up getting lost or on the side of the road with a broken down car. So in order to remove any potential bad vibes, I decided to make a new one. Here it is....I am pleased with it. In the end, it all worked out.

So I did another birthday shirt for a little boy who is about to turn 3. He is an adorable little guy who is really into cars and trucks (so are his mom and dad). His favorite is a little FJ Cruiser that he has with him all the time. So with that in mind and since his intials are B.J., I designed a t-shirt for his party this weekend. Here are the front and back images. Now here is the funny/terrible part....this little guy lives about 2 hrs from our place. So after a week delay due to some paper and printer issues, I finally finished the shirt on Tuesday and paid extra to send it overnight mail. Today, I happen to check our mail and what do I find...the package!! I inverted the addresses...sob...sniff...I overnighted it to myself! Sheesh. Great part...I will be delivering the shirt personally, attending his party and treating myself to a really big piece of cake.
So we recently celebrate our oldests 3rd birthday. We went with a Tinkerbell/Fairy theme. From invites, birthday T-Shirt, fairy outfit, decorations and to cake. I was happy with how it all turned out but more importantly, she was over the moon with it!
So another excuse for a project! A little easter treat for the pre-school kids. The idea for this came to me in a dream (sadly yes, I dreamed about eggs), the eyes and the clothes pins I had forever sitting on a shelf in the studio. I bought I few of the plastic eggs and filled them with stickers and gummy candy from a nut free factory. The label on each read "Eggjoy your Easter Weekend!" Oh, and is it just me or in the picture with the container...doesn't it look like the last pink egg on the right in the third row is hitting on the other pink egg next to him?
I know it's a Potty Chart but it has to work with your schedule. I made this one for us and it worked great with stickers and stamps.
